Rick Gage has extensive experience working in global organizations such as AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation, EDS, Oracle Corp., Hitachi, Siemens and Wipro Technologies. Working since 2000 at the Vice President level with regional and global P&L responsibilities, he has worked with customers across many industries including telecom, software, high tech, manufacturing, retail, financial services, utilities, government, education, health care, and nonprofit.

Within the corporate world Rick has been an executive change agent, developing and leading high performance teams to launch new businesses or fundamentally transform businesses to achieve eye popping results. He’s always sought the big challenge – the audacious goal, never content with incremental performance improvement.

Rick gained first hand start up experience as he launched and sold a small workflow consultancy in the early 1990’s . Today he continues to launch new projects with several ventures that express his purpose and passions including Alignment Insights and Presence Yourself.

Rick’s career as a leader and manager for 20+ years has focused on demonstrating that long term value creation and sustainable success are achieved with a balanced approach which drives results for shareholders, customers, employees, partners, community and the environment. His values based leadership creates an workplace culture which challenges each team member to personal best performance in pursuit of a team goal that will, in at least some small way, change the world.
